Product integrity

To protect product integrity, opened or used products are not eligible for return.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us promptly at Support.Vialbac@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review each report and let you know how it will be resolved.

Unopened products

Please contact us at Support.Vialbac@gmail.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without our prior authorization may not be accepted. Eligibility and any return window for unopened products are confirmed on request.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be able to be cancelled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
